Every flat

Metered & signed off

Kent-wide service

One head end, dozens of outlets, and no tolerance for guesswork

Communal systems fail quietly: a single failing amplifier or a corroded splitter can leave the top floor pixelating while the ground floor looks fine. Diagnosing that needs level readings at each outlet, not a walk-round with a portable TV.

We design and install Integrated Reception Systems combining terrestrial and satellite onto a single cable per flat, and we upgrade legacy MATV installations that were never designed for the number of dwellings now hanging off them. Every outlet is metered on completion and the readings recorded for the managing agent.

We work with freeholders, managing agents and housing associations across Kent, provide method statements and RAMS, and hold full public liability cover. Planned maintenance contracts keep systems tested annually so faults are found before residents report them.

Questions

Straight answers

Anything not covered here, call 01622 619811 and speak to an engineer — not a scripted call handler.

Do you work with managing agents?

Regularly. We supply RAMS, insurance documentation and outlet test records as standard.

Can residents keep Sky on a communal system?

Yes — an IRS carries satellite as well as terrestrial, so individual dishes are unnecessary.

How disruptive is an upgrade?

Most work is at the head end and in risers. Flat entry is usually only needed briefly for outlet testing.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes, with annual testing and priority response for blocks under contract.
