Wooded valleys in the High Weald, cliff-shadowed streets in Folkestone and Deal, and deep terraces in Rochester all suffer the same problem: the terrestrial path is obstructed and no aerial will fix it. Satellite comes in from the south-east at a steep angle and usually clears the obstruction entirely.
Freesat carries the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and their HD variants with no subscription and no contract, plus catch-up on modern boxes. If you have an old Sky dish, we can usually reuse it — a new box and a re-peak is far cheaper than a fresh install.
We also fit Freesat as a backup alongside an existing aerial, so summer leaf growth or a storm-damaged aerial never leaves the household without television.

Is Freesat really free?
Yes — there is no subscription. You pay once for the equipment and the installation, and a TV licence as normal.
Can I keep my Sky dish?
In most cases yes. We check its condition and alignment; if it is sound, reusing it keeps the cost down.
Does Freesat work when Freeview doesn't?
Very often. Satellite comes in above most tree lines and terrain obstructions that block terrestrial signal in the Weald and along the coast.
Will heavy rain interrupt it?
A correctly sized and precisely aligned dish rides out ordinary British weather. Rain fade is almost always a symptom of poor alignment.
