Maidstone Aerials Ltd is a family-run TV aerial, satellite, CCTV and WiFi installer based at Milwood House, 36b Albion Place, Maidstone, Kent ME14 5DZ. You can reach us on 01622 619811.

Cookies we use

This website is a set of static pages. We do not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels or third-party analytics profiling on it.

Your browser may store a small number of strictly necessary items so pages load and display correctly. These are not used to identify you and are not shared with anyone.

If we ever add analytics, this page will be updated first and the purpose stated plainly here.

Third-party links

Pages include links to WhatsApp so you can message an engineer. When you follow one of those links you leave this site and WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to the conversation.

Fonts and images used on this site are served from our own hosting, so loading a page does not hand your IP address to a font or CDN provider.

Information you give us

When you call or message us we take the details needed to quote and carry out the work: your name, address or postcode, contact number and a description of the problem.

We use those details only to arrange and complete the job, to invoice, and to honour the 12-month workmanship guarantee. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Job records are kept for as long as we need them for guarantee, accounting and insurance purposes, then deleted.

CCTV enquiries

For CCTV installations we may discuss camera positions and coverage with you. We do not hold or access footage from systems we install — the recorder and any cloud account remain entirely yours, and you are the data controller for your own cameras.

We will always advise on positioning cameras so they cover your property rather than a neighbour's, in line with ICO guidance.

Your rights

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask for them to be corrected, or ask us to delete them where we are not required to keep them. Call us and we will deal with it.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Managing cookies in your browser

Every modern browser lets you view, block and delete cookies from its settings or privacy menu. Blocking strictly necessary items may stop parts of this site displaying properly, but you can still reach us by phone or WhatsApp.
