Diagnosis, not guesswork
Kent-wide service
Retuning rarely fixes anything — the fault is usually physical
Kent sits between Bluebell Hill, Dover, Heathfield and Crystal Palace, plus strong continental signals along the coast. Aerials pointed at the wrong mast, or picking up a second one, cause intermittent break-up that a retune cannot cure.
Other common causes: water in the downlead, corroded connectors, failed masthead amplifiers, over-amplified feeds clipping the tuner, 4G/5G mobile interference on nearby channels, and LED lighting or faulty appliances injecting impulse noise.
We measure signal strength, quality (MER) and bit error rate at the aerial and each outlet, so the fault is identified rather than guessed at.
What's included
Done properly, first visit
No signal / no service
Full chain tested from aerial to wall plate to tuner.

Missing channels
Wrong transmitter, wrong aerial group or marginal multiplex reception corrected.
4G/5G interference
Filters fitted where mobile masts are desensitising your feed.
Weather-dependent faults
Water ingress, loose clamps and marginal alignment found and cured.
Impulse interference
Traced back to lighting, appliances or a failing amplifier.

Questions
Straight answers
Anything not covered here, call 01622 619811 and speak to an engineer — not a scripted call handler.
Why does my picture break up only in the rain?
Usually water in the downlead or a corroded connector, sometimes marginal alignment. Both are quick fixes.
I retuned and lost channels — why?
Your TV may have locked to a weaker transmitter. We re-align and lock the correct one.
Could a mobile mast be the cause?
Yes. 4G and 5G in the 700MHz band can affect nearby channels; a filter usually resolves it.
Do you charge if it turns out to be the TV?
We tell you the diagnosis honestly and charge only the agreed fixed price for work carried out.
